Shipping Instructions
A little prep goes a long way — following these guidelines gets you paid faster.

Sort cards by category before shipping — matching the buylist categories speeds up your payout.
If shipping multiple categories of cards in a box, make sure to clearly separate/plastic wrap the different sections.
All cards must be unsleeved. This includes EX / V, VMAX, VSTAR, and other bulk hits. Bulk hits should be placed in team bags/wrapped in plastic wrap.
We recommend an 8x8x8 box — it holds about 4-4.5k cards and keeps you under the 20 lb threshold where shipping cost jumps up. A 10x8x8, 12x9x6, or 12x12x4 box also works if that's what you have on hand.
Pack tightly with no shifting or rattle when the box is shaken — cards can touch the bare box sides as long as everything's snug. Fill any empty space with padding, including a layer on top, before sealing.
Include a note with your name and the quote reference so we can match your shipment quickly.
Check your shipping cost before you box up
Get a rate at pirateship.com/rates — enter destination zip code 19034. For reference, shipping should run about $8–$12 per 4,000 cards.
Important: that price only applies if you buy and print your label online through PirateShip. Buying a label at the post office counter in person costs significantly more — don't do that.
Shipping 10,000+ cards? We'll reimburse your PirateShip label cost — must be a PirateShip label to qualify.
How to pack your box

Use 6 columns of cards stacked vertically, packed to the top of the box.

Layer 3 stacks of cards on top, with the shorter side of the card touching the bottom of the box.

Fill any empty space with padding, then add a final layer of padding on top before sealing with packing tape.

Local pickup/drop-off is available for collections of 20,000+ cards, as long as you're within a reasonable distance of Philadelphia, PA — just note it on your quote request.
